How it works

Connect your systems, work from one linked picture, and check every answer against its source.

Read the steps
  1. Connect your systems, with your permissions.
  2. Every record stays tied to its source.
  3. Together they form one linked picture.
  4. Two people, two answers. The AI sees only what you can see.
  5. Ask in plain words. The AI follows the links.
  6. Every step narrows the view.
  7. Every answer shows its source.

Connect your systems.

Bring in your systems, email and documents. Access rules come with them, and nothing in your systems is changed or replaced. We start with one or two sources and add more as you go.

Link the records.

Records, messages and files are linked to the customers, orders, jobs and people they're about. An email about an order sits next to that order, even though it came from a different system.

Work from one picture.

Your team starts from anything and sees what's related. Your AI answers from the same picture, under the same rules, so it only works with what that person is allowed to see.

Check the source.

Every answer has a source. If the records don't say, it says so instead of guessing. You can open the original record, and every opening is recorded.

An order that never arrived

A patient orders a medical device through a supplier, who orders it from the manufacturer. Eleven months later, the patient asks where it is. The account rep at the manufacturer asks Platform why it was never delivered.

The records

  1. Quote system

The supplier accepts the quote through customer service in February.

  2. ERP

The order is created the next day and put on hold.

  3. ERP

The invoice to the supplier is issued in February. It is still unpaid.

  4. Finance mailbox

Finance sends the supplier three reminders between March and May, copied to customer service. There is no reply after May.

  5. Customer service inbox

The patient emails in January: they paid the supplier last March and are still waiting.

Same question, two answers

“Why was this order never delivered?”

The account rep

Not copied on finance's emails, so the answer comes from the records the rep can open.

The order has been on hold since February because the supplier's invoice is unpaid. Finance manages the invoice.

Sources

  • the order
  • the invoice

Customer service

Copied on finance's emails, so the answer goes further.

The order is on hold because the supplier hasn't paid. Finance sent three reminders, the last in May, and had no reply. The patient says they paid the supplier last March.

Sources

  • the order
  • the invoice
  • the three reminders
  • the patient's email

Every system recorded what happened. The reason why was in a mailbox nobody went back to.

Change management

Our founding team has spent more than 30 years implementing enterprise software across business units, teams, organisations and sites, in pharmaceuticals and healthcare, medical devices, insurance, financial services, and ports and shipping. In our experience it is the people who decide whether a rollout succeeds.

We start with a small pilot: one workflow, one team, and success measures agreed at the start, so everyone can see real results before anything scales. We look for the people who want it to work and support them as champions, because their standing and networks inside the organisation carry the change further than we can. Then we move to the next team and division, adjusting as we go based on feedback, including the hard feedback.

Many people worry that AI will replace them. We have heard it from workers moving paper processes onto screens, and from analysts who expected automation to take their jobs. We deal with it openly, using their own work to show people how Platform reduces the routine and lets them focus on the analysis and judgement they were hired for. Platform reads your existing systems without changing them, works alongside your people and shows its sources, so they stay in control of the decisions.

We train people on site, support them after go-live, and work through the politics, competing priorities and sceptics that come with any change in a large organisation.

See it with your sources in mind.
