How it differs from RAG

Most AI tools for company data use retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). They find passages of text that look similar to the question and pass them to an AI model. Platform works differently: it shows what is linked to the customer, order or case you're asking about, who is allowed to see it, and the evidence behind each answer.
