Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, who we share it with, and your rights. We never sell your personal information.

Who we are

This website is operated by Entertek Group (Pty) Ltd (ABN 61 641 445 525) for Entertek Dynamics. Entertek Dynamics is being set up as its own company. When it is registered, it will take over responsibility for this website and this policy, and we will update the policy to name it. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Entertek Group (Pty) Ltd until then.

What this policy covers

This policy covers entertekdynamics.com: people who visit the site and people who contact us through it. It does not cover information our clients process with our product. That is governed by our agreement with each client.

What we collect and why

When you contact us

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, organisation and message, and the reason you are getting in touch. We use them to reply to you and, if you ask, to arrange a demo or talk about working together.

The form sends your message to us by email, using Amazon Web Services (AWS Lambda and Amazon SES) in Sydney. The form system doesn’t keep a copy of your message. Its technical logs record only whether a message was sent or why it failed, never what you wrote, and are deleted after 30 days. We keep your message and our replies in our email so we have a history if you get in touch again.

If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence in the same way.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how they load, which site referred you, and your browser, device type and country. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not identify you personally.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on AWS Amplify. Like most websites, its servers record technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser and the page requested. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers who run parts of the site for us: Amazon Web Services (hosting, the contact form and email delivery), Cloudflare (analytics) and Google Workspace (our email). They may only use it to provide their service to us.
• Our professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where needed.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

When Entertek Dynamics is registered, the enquiries we hold from this website will move to it, so it can continue the conversation with you.

Information sent overseas

The contact form and email delivery run in AWS’s Sydney region, so your message is processed in Australia. Cloudflare runs a global network, so analytics data may be processed in other countries, including the United States. Our email runs on Google Workspace, which may store correspondence outside Australia, including in the United States.

How we protect it

The site and the contact form use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as they are useful for our relationship with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask us:

• what personal information we hold about you
• to correct it if it is wrong
• to delete it

Email info@entertekdynamics.com. We may need to confirm who you are before acting on a request, and we will respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please email info@entertekdynamics.com first. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992. If you are outside Australia, you can also contact the data protection authority where you live.

Changes and questions

We may update this policy when our practices change, including when Entertek Dynamics is registered. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
